Bought this product on 6th Dec . Works well. Suction power is good . Apt for spot cleaner . Cleaning is good. No water leakage But it stopped working within a month. Suction stopped working. Raised a complaint. The response was immediate. They replaced the unit immediately. 3 Stars for the product . Hopefully it is more durable and lasts long. Yet to put the replacement into complete use. 5 star for the service. Service:Technician was clear in understanding the complain . Raised replacement of the product on the same day of the complaint. Replacement was smooth . No need to follow up. They respond to your WhatsApp messages almost immediately and provide timely updates. Overall experience with Agaro is 4 star. Durability test and Quality testing should be made priority . No product should breakdown within a month.

I have been using this AGARO Crest Portable Spot Cleaner and it works very well. It removes stains effectively from sofas and carpets, has good suction power, and is easy to use and clean. The compact size makes it convenient to store. Overall, a great product and worth the price.

Product is decent and easy to use. Suction power is very low, so it doesn’t get the material dry. Significantly dampness remains.
