My AC unit in my house is old and on its last leg. It is struggling to keep my house cool now that it is getting hot and close to summer. I bought this window unit to put in our living room to help keep it from warming up too much during the day when the sun is out and it has been worth every penny! It is quiet on the low setting but is a bit on the louder side on the highest setting. However I’ll take that over a hot house any day! The fan blows the cold air pretty hard so it circulates well in my living room, even though it isn’t meant for a room that big. When it is blowing directly on me from 10 feet away it is pretty chilly so I had to turn it upward more. The dehumidifier works well and is much needed since it gets up to 80% where I live. The water fills up quickly, but the unit has a hose to empty when needed. It was fairly easy to setup and use. The plastic end pieces screwing into the window exhaust tube helped them stay in place which was a nice little touch. The remote works well and is nice works well from 10-20 feet away. I think this unit is intended for vertical or longer windows so I had to trim off part of the plastic for it to fit my window well. I recommend buying some foam liner to go around the plastic window piece to keep warm air from coming into the house. Overall very pleased with the cooling power of this little unit!

I bought this portable AC unit for my small storage space because it gets extremely hot in there. Sometimes I have to spend a good amount of time inside doing inventory, and I would always end up sweating. This unit has been a great solution I just hook it up when I’m working, and once I’m done, I disconnect it and store it away. It’s been working really well so far. The unit is quite powerful, and the airflow is strong enough to cool the space quickly. It also comes with a remote, which makes it very convenient to use. One thing I really like is that it’s portable and easy to move around. Right out of the box, it’s ready to go. The user manual is simple and easy to understand, so setup was straightforward. Overall, it’s a great buy and has made working in my storage unit much more comfortable.

I purchased the 10k BTU unit to try and cool my small house(650 square feet) for the summer season here in Pennsylvania. The window adapter fit perfectly and it was super easy to vent out my window. I like that the cord has its own safety features, as I run the unit when no one is in the house. It's a relatively small design and I think the quality is decent overall. The buttons can be a little difficult to navigate but the remote works like a charm. A couple negatives that I have: - there is a slight chemical odor when using the unit. Nothing terrible but definitely noticable. - I would highly recommend using the drainage hose, as my unit drips about 2-3 gallons of water during the course of the day. PA is very humid in the summer, so that may be the cause. - as advertised, the unit should cool approximately 400 - 450 square feet. I'm using it to cool about 350 square feet and it does struggle to cool the space quickly. During the heat of the day (90°+), the unit pretty much runs constantly to maintain 79°. - the thermostat on the unit seems to be about 3°-5° off from other thermostats in the same room. So keep that in mind. Otherwise, it does keep the house dry...it cools a little bit faster during the evening hours... it pushes cold air (55°-59°F) out consistently... nice remote features... I would recommend using in a larger single room. Like a small office, medium sized bedroom or living room. But I wouldn't recommend using it to cool multiple rooms at once, as I may have to get another unit next summer season. Hope this helps.

Got this because our unit broke and it gets the job done! It's kept our room cool and auto turns off if it's chilly outside. It's a bit noisy when it does turn back on but you get used to it. Only down side is that if you do have the dehumidifier on and you live in a pretty humid place, make sure to get a large enough bucket for the hose to drain and check it every so often so it doesn't overflow. On less humid days, it's not so bad and it doesn't accumulate much water.

Worst product in the history of mankind. It worked for one year and then suddenly... stopped working. It worked fine for one summer, then I stopped using it for a year. When I placed it back in my room it stopped cooling, and the dehumidifier stopped working. The biggest piece of crap I've ever purchased in my life. If you want to experience pain and disappointment go right ahead buy this product.

I love everything about this but 1. It's quite, energy efficient and offers 2 speeds and really puts out the cold air. The remote control is easy to use and the temperature controls make sure that you can set it and forget it. It's really quiet and looks amazing in any room you put in. The only thing that I don't like is the exhaust hose is made of a thin plastic that really gives off the heat. Upgrading to an insulated exhaust hose has made me love it even more and it fits the exhaust hose kit that comes with the air conditioner perfectly using a layer of HVAC tape eliminates any leaks and make it even quieter. I noticed some of the reviews mentioned water overflow and having to use a milk crate to set it on and use a bucket underneath the drain plug to catch it with. Here's what I discovered it only happens when you use the dehumidifier setting in really muggy rooms for long periods of time and the resovor fills up and runs over. It comes with a drain to hose and sitting it up off the floor and running the hose into a small gallon size bucket will keep everything going smooth as long as you keep the bucket emptied out regularly. I was able to avoid all that because I never needed to use anything but the fan and the air conditioner settings. If you are looking for a nice air conditioner that is built to give you years and years and years of high quality service and not leave you sweating to the oldies..this is the best one I've found. I highly recommend this to anyone who is tired of being hot 🔥🥵.

Air is cold and will cool a room fairly quickly, but I have some complaints. First off, why would you put the ducts and drain on the back??? I want this to fit flush against the wall and be able to aim it where I’ll be sitting to maximize its effectiveness. Instead, you either have to sit it flush sideways, pointed at a random wall, or leave it a foot and a half from the wall taking up much more room than it should. Second complaint is the drain hose. It is way too short and should be higher up on the unit. I had to route it to go outside my window because the ac makes so much water, except it sits so low on the unit that the water wouldn’t be able to flow out of it. My temporary setup until I can get my central ac fixed is stacking it on top of a tote and tool box to have it drain properly out my window. Next complaint is the ducting. Terrible to use and the attachment point to the unit is horrible and always falls off. It is also quite loud and makes some strange noises. Overall it’s decent for the money, but I recommend getting a better one. Only reason I got this one is that it was the only one with next day shipping and I live in central Florida so it’s super hot outside.

En general, estoy MUY contento con este aire acondicionado. Durante mucho tiempo he tenido miedo de comprar este tipo de aire acondicionado (portátil en lugar de unidad de ventana), pero debido a las ventanas que son comunes aquí en México, no tenía otra opción. Sin embargo, me ha impresionado esta unidad. No es demasiado ruidoso, muy comparable a un aire acondicionado de ventana normal, y la configuración baja es aún más silenciosa. Fue MUY fácil de instalar. Enfría la habitación muy bien y rápidamente. El único problema es que el tubo de escape no está aislado y se calienta mucho. La entrada del aire acondicionado puede succionar aire caliente del tubo de escape, así que como puede ver en mis fotos, lo cubrí con una cortina para evitar que esto suceda. Tampoco forma un buen sello donde el tubo se une a la máquina en la parte posterior, así que agregué cinta adhesiva para ayudar con esto. Compraré un tubo de escape aislado para reemplazar este en el futuro. De lo contrario, recomiendo encarecidamente este aire acondicionado. Se ve muy bien, moderno y funciona perfectamente. ¡Lo recomiendo mucho!

Así que, si quieres ser el rey del frescor en medio del calor, este mini split es tu mejor aliado. ¡Confía en mí, es como tener un pedacito del Ártico en tu hogar!

Está muy práctico de usar. Obvio no es como los de pared pero si vives en un departamento pequeño en una ciudad no tan caliente (38° C max) como yo, es suficiente. Lo compré para poder moverlo entre cuartos. Mi ventana es abatible y desgraciadamente el adaptador es para deslizable pero cierro la ventana lo más que se puede y la cortina es la que me ayuda a aislar sin problema. Hace un poco de ruido blanco pero no molesta. Las funciones de enfriamiento son súper útiles

Llegó funcionando bien, 3 días después de que se venció el plazo de devolución dejó de funcionar el modo cool y solo sirve como un ventilador muy caro

Lo compre desde hace un año, lo usé un par de veces para la ola de calor que hubo en México en el 2023, y ahorita en el 2024 con las olas de calor, el domo de calor etc, fue una bendición tenerlo ya que mantiene el cuarto a buen a temperatura para dormir correctamente.
