Does it detects arritmias like supraventricular arritmias?

This is the best unit in my opinion. It detects not only bradycardia, tachycardia and atrial fibrilation but also preventrucular contractions, basic arrhythmias. I’m not sure about supraventricular arrhythmias but probably. It’s a great and reliable unit.

Does this measure heart rate variability (HRV)?

No, not that I’ve found at least. Measures ECG and heart rate.
