A caixa com as cápsulas foram enviadas em envelope, o que não parece adequado para a forma e volume. A caixa de papelão chegou deformada, semi-aberta e expondo as cápsulas. Embora não tenha havido dano aparente às cápsulas, recomendo fortemente que a forma de empacotar este tipo de remessa seja modificada.
