Pocket bikes are very small, it's actually a racing sport for adults to be crunched up on tiny motorcycles and race. This is why they became popular with kids. Even with most kids, the motorcycle still seems too small, but this is on purpose. Best to watch some youtube videos so you can see what the sport is all about. These are fast, so they are not made for really young kids. These are too small to ever get registered for street use, so it would be private property, race tracks etc.
