Great Economical Option for Handrail
I had an issue where i received two different top rails. The rail for the stairs was rectangular and the rail for the top of stairs to the house was oval. I contacted the company CR Handrail and they were awesome to deal with. They sent me the oval handrail for the stairs promptly and at no extra charge. The installation was straight forward. The only word of caution i would give would be to be careful with the screws. They strip very easy. I would use a screwdriver rather than a drill for installation

Almost all hardware included!
2 different sizes on vertical railings. Had to trim plastics housing to fit larger square railings. Missing washers for wall mount brackets. Other than that everything was fine.

Good sturdy railings
We bought these for our small church. Some of the handymen at the church installed them and we saved quite a bit of money. They look nice and are very sturdy. The instructional video helped a lot.
