I have been taking these for about 2 months and I can definitely see the difference. My hair looks and feels softer and stronger and I’m losing less in the shower. My skin looks healthier and more “awake.” The only downside is they are very big.

I was looking for a well-rounded vitamin that would help with post menopause symptoms, like fatigue, hair loss, etc. after a few weeks I noticed it was really working. One of the best multivitamins I’ve tried so far.

I had previously been using a collagen powder, but I really didn't like the taste of it. With the capsules, you do have to take 4, but they are easy to swallow. So far, I'm happy with the product and will continue using it going forward.

I have only been taking these for a couple weeks but am beginning to see a difference in my skin. Time will tell if they will be worth buying again!

This is only the second bottle. I'm giving this product 90 days for evaluation. So far, I have not noticed any difference however, it may be too soon. I'll review the product at the end of my third bottle.

I got this to take when I had to temporarily stop drinking coffee which is how I took my non-flavored collagen powder - this works very well

For the price I paid, this product is amazing, I’ve bought collagen pills in the past and they were huge and uncomfortable to swallow, and way too expensive, but these comfortable and modestly priced, I plan to continue buying.
