My favorite COQ10
COQ10 in ubiquinol form with d-limonene for absorption for the lowest price out there. A staple in my stack. 50mg is enough is you're younger than 60, and from my research this is the best formulation of COQ10 you can get.

It's easy to take.
The taste? I swallow it with water, so there is not taste. I buy this many times with other supplements I take. Do I really need to take this, or calcium, or magnesium, or multivitamin tablet, etc. Probably not, except for the B-12 that my doctor told me I needed.

I am sure it works fine but the nausea was so bad I could not stand it. Stay away from Limone of you have gastritis.

Fast Shipping But Dog Owner Be Aware of D-limonene
I rarely write a review but here it goes: After lots of research and looking at the reviews I decided to order this supplement for my dog. Rufus on the Amazon Site also confirmed it is a safe product for a dog. When I cut the capsule to add the liquid to the food I noticed a very citrusy smell. After further reading I noticed that this product has D-limonene, which is supposedly toxic for dogs and cats, I quote google --"d-limonene can be toxic to dogs, especially in concentrated forms or large amounts, causing symptoms like vomiting, drooling, weakness, tremors, and low body temperature, though it's generally considered low toxicity in small amounts found in diluted products; however, it's more dangerous for cats, but dogs can suffer liver damage or failure with significant exposure".-- I understand that 1 capsule probably will not do any harm but given to the dog every day over the course of months or years, I would think this could affect health and liver. In my opinion, this product should not be advertised as safe for dogs. Especially since most dog owners buy to treat elderly and already sick dogs with compromised immune system / organs. In my case I will not take any risks and won't be giving it to my dog. Hard earned money has been wasted.
