Use the ice pack for joint issues. Very easy to use, and put ice in. No leaking. Good quality and value for money.

I used with hot water. It did work to relieve the pain. Did not stay warm for very long. But useful to have. Not used with ice yet

Fractured my ankle, I was doing make shift ice bags. Got this instead and it was really useful and easy to fill and comfortable to use. Essential for a fracture helped a lot with the swelling when I wasn't wearing the boot. Would recommend.

This ice pack is the best I have ever used (nurse) it is easy to use robust material that does not leave condensation on the skin it is flexible and can fit around any joint easy to fill and although not advertised freezes inbetween use - it is so easy to use - the large size is brilliant for a man’s knee size wise - thank you

This is the right size for what I needed it for. The material and the whole structure is good quality. Not cheap . The opening is wide enough to fit ice cubes If you wanted and its seals well. Very well made. I would recommend.

I was surprised how comfortable this was when I first used it. The quality is good a d feels like it will be part of the family for year to come. I was always a gel pack uses until I started to get knee pain which the standard gel pack just don't wrap around well. This works really well, and I highly recommend using this when you have sore/tired eye, it is very relaxing a d refreshing.
