There are several different settings-1 hour,2 hour or 4 hour after that it turns off

Not really much noise. If you put your ear up to it you can hear it

What is the maximum projection range? Would the image be visible at 15 feet?

Barely visible. It reaches about 6 feet so the image is sharp. The further you get away the more it’ll be blurry.
