Violin Rosin - Cello Rosin - Kaplan Artcraft Rosin Violin, Dark No. 7

This was recommended to me by a Cellist friend. I was hesitant because it was quite expensive compared to how much I've spent on rosin in the past, not considering that it would make any difference to the sound my instrument can produce. I could not have been more wrong in that opinion. It had made all the difference - I feel like I have better response, and better, clearer quality of sound. There is also the added bonus of reduced dust.

Does not crack easily like other rosins I have bought, easy to use and it’s a good size. Well worth it. It’s been dropped and hasn’t cracked. A little more robust than the smaller cheaper rosins available. Very good option.

Another satisfied customer. I bought this on recommendation for a lower dust rosin and it's just that. Best rosin I've used and at a good price. The white duster wasn't glued as some are, but no big deal and it might have been just this one.

Nice rosin, good colour, good grip on the strings, no real excess noise and it's packaged nicely.

Rosin comes in a cloth pouch, so eat to keep in the cello case. Good quality rosin.

useless solid block unable to use even when trying to soften no good for violoin strings which broke at the attempted use. would not buy again, pobably old stock moe like cured fiberglass resin than cello rosin

Very good rosin. Great sound after applying to my bow. Recommend to any violinists or string instrument players. Takes some time to get smooth and it eases after use so it's easier to apply but with plenty of practice I'm sure that won take long
