Plain carafe with plunger - false claims by seller

False claims: - No spare filters, no milk frother - Ordered HOPz and UPSCALE (more cost) and got both exactly same with no accessories - The 4 level filtration claimed is also suspect as it does not prevent coffee granules when pouring the coffee Not value for money. Do not buy.
