Great option for anyone with foot pain
My 11 year old son has been complaining about heel pain especially after PE class. Took him to his primary and had x-rays done and they didn't see anything wrong and he is most likely just having growth plate pain and recommended me to get him some insoles. My son has been using this in his shoes for the past month and he has reported that the pain has nearly completely gone away while wearing these and that they are very comfortable.

These were a bit too big for my size 6.5 shoes, but I cut them down a bit and they work great. Helped my heel pain a ton.
