I've been taking spermidine for a while now. Ever since I read about all of its amazing benefits. To name a few it is a powerful antioxidant and anti-inflammatory. It gets rid of damaged cells through a process called autophagy. There is evidence that by doing this it helps prevent illnesses and increases life span. Spermidine can be sourced from wheat germ or it can be synthetic This product is spermidine trihydrochloride which is the synthetic powder form of spermidine. It has the same benefits of spermidine from wheat germ but its supposed to be a more stable. This bottle contains 120 capsules and each capsule is 10 mg. It says you can increase to 2 capsules after one week. In my research I haven't found any evidence that 20 mg works better than 10 mg. I don't ever plan to take more than 10 mg. Some studies actually show benefit from as little as 1 mg. So for me this is a four month supply. It is priced reasonably compared to similar products. The only reason I gave this four stars instead of five is that there is no mention of GMP certification or third party testing on the bottle although it does say it online.

I can't remember what this is supposed to do, but I just keel taking it. I haven't died yet, so 5 stars!

I appreciate the no frills packaging/labelling of the product and the competitive pricing. However, the absence of a GMP seal on the bottle label is a big red flag for me, and makes it unlikely that I will purchase again on that basis. There is a statement on the Amazon product page about 3rd party testing and a photo of a lab test result from 2023. I don't know how that helps the consumer in 2025, but who knows? Two stars deducted for the lack of clearly indicated GMP certification. Sort that, and I'll be a return customer.

This is a great spermidine supplement. I especially like that its 3rd party tested, although if this is the case they should really publish the lab results publicly. The 10mg per capsule dosage is good, and I like that there are 120 capsules per bottle so you can titrate your dose up as needed. I personally take 20mg per day. As far as benefits, I haven't noticed anything after a couple months of taking spermidine. The research seems promising, but recent studies haven't shown significant effects from spermidine supplementation - so I consider this a more experimental supplement and not something I would recommend for everyone. Overall - high quality, and supposedly 3rd party lab tested spermidine. But they should share the lab results.
