Update- I returned the faulty one and Amazon sent me a replacement which has came just a couple minutes ago. Set it up and this time it works perfectly. Screen is high quality and works perfect with the overdrive set to strong with G-sync I definitely recommend! Been waiting all day for my monitor to come and when it came I turned it on to discover blue pink and red vertical lines over the right side of the screen. Spending a fair amount of money on a monitor made me expect quality but no it’s come seemingly damaged. I plugged my Xbox into it via hdmi and the problem persisted I am very disappointed.

Good monitor, after 6 months i notice a stuck pixel however for what i use it for i dont notice it much, good quality screen and refresh rate is smooth. a variety of inputs too. Vga, DP. HDMI

I was not sure what to expect, but was delighted with my purchase. Easy to assemble with a choice of connectors to my PC. Height adjustable too with a crystal clear image. Delighted. Excellent value for money.

This monitor started showing signs of a voltage controller problems just after a year and 5 months of ownership. While the stand and base were nice solid metal. And it offered great functionality aka it could be raised very high as well as turned 90 degree's for a portrait monitor. The rest of the frame was pathetically flimsy plastic to the point you could squeeze the bottom front trim as well as the back sides and top. And it would deform ALOT and bend and squeak soo much. The panel used seemed fine, it has good colour and contrast and it could go to 165hz for refresh rate. But outside of that. The OSD was terrible to use. Slow and often a second or two in terms of response to change a setting. And while yes it had G-Sync. i often had it disable as most of the drivers had bugs in it related to multimonitor setups causing videos or youtube shorts to flicker in black. Least it stayed very cool. it often never got very hot! So what was the issue in regards to the voltage controller? Thats the thing i have no idea. i typically have the PC running 24/7 but the monitors are always turned off when not in use. One day before restarting the system i noticed something wrong with only the most recent messages in a discord channel. The text was clearly deformed and did not blend together, So after adjusting things like "Cleartype" and even nvidia settings related to AA as well as changing programs DPI settings... Nothing. So i do a PC restarting thinking that might solve the problem. SEE VIDEO FOR INSIGHT! The text is distorted while the loading circle is showing signs of issues as well. But it was only the bottom half of the monitor showing noticeable problems. Text and images depending on scene were distorted. You have a line of text that cuts through these invisible lines of jitter it looks like the text got chopped in half and attempted a remerge but it didn't quite hit the spot. 3 lines had noticeably developed and another 1 was forming quite close to the middle of the screen. After digging around this is a problem with the voltage controller not properly syncing a certain row of pixel's and its mismatching the refresh rate. Causing this row of pixels to cut/chop and distort text making it look blurry and difficult to read. its extremely noticeable in games and movies also anything with a white to darker even if its light grey you will see these lines. And once youve seen them you cant unsee them!

I spent hours searching for the perfect monitor for the money I had. Eventually using a monitor comparing tool again 2 other aoc monitors thus one being the cheapest. Other to at 180 and one curved and I was surprised to see this monitor the cheaper one was better that the others. Incredible colour I came from 60hz and the upgrade is 100% worth it lovly crisp display highly recommended

Super écran pour son prix très raisonnable, 165hz pour un jeu fluide, une dalle LED pour une bonne qualité d’image et des couleurs vibrantes sans trop de saturation, et la taille qui je trouve est super pour un bureau et un setup à deux écrans!
