I got Glycine because I had listened to various channels on Youtube saying that it helps with muscle pain. I had been suffering for a number of months with neck and shoulder pain. Normally a good massage solves the problem for a week but not this time. I could not get any relief but to be fair I dont take pain killers if I can help it. Anyway thought I would give Clycine a try and researched brands with Now Foods having positive responses. Almost from day one I have had daily relief for my neck and shoulder pain. If I push my head right back on my shoulder I can feel a twinge but other than that no daily pain! I am amazed. I take the recommended 3 capsules a day, two in the morning and one in the afternoon. When I first got them I took all 3 together but felt a bit light headed afterwards so now I spread them out. I am so thrilled with this bottle I have just ordered my second.
