Why there is no sound from sound bar after plugging into the HDMI port?

1. Please ensure the port you plug into your TV is HDMI (ARC) and not HDMI. 2. Please make sure it is Output Ports. Make sure the TV ports is HDMI(ARC) Output Port rather than Input Port from TV.

Can it play sound from apps like Netflix, Hulu and Disney+?

Yes. First of all, please switch your TV sound setting to PCM/Stereo and then turn off Dolby or DTS function of those apps. After that it will work perfectly.

Will I receive four speakers or two?

The package will arrive with two separate tower speakers and one subwoofer. You can connect these 2 speakers to make a regular long soundbar.

What if my unit sound is weak and not to my liking?

Please read our user manual carefully before setting up the sound bar and troubleshoot if you connect your soundbar via HDMI. If connect via other ports, please increase the sound source volume as well as the soundbar volume.

Why the sound number can only go to 32?

Please don't worry. The default sound number setting is 32, which is equivalent to 100 for other device. It will have no impact on its sound volume.
