Excellent product. Very good build quality. Just follow the installation instructions carefully (diagram provided inside the package) and you are good to go! Just make sure whoever is fixing it knows his job. NOTE: The screws provided inside the package are not so good quality. My carpenter (fairly experienced) used 1.5" best quality GKW stainless steel screws for the job. Door is closing very nicely and smoothly. The adjustment screws provided at the side are useful to adjust the speed of closure.

Received the product next day as per schedule. But the quality is not good. Returned. I see paint peeling off and also the close speed adjustment is very delicate. A slight change and the speed is too fast or almost stopped.

Avoid. No instructions. Photo on Amazon photo shows it upside down so the door wonโt open if you fit it like this. No simple hole template and instructions. Black paint already coming off. Screws provided are weak.
