A fantastic little travel adapter. I was able to charge my phone, tablet and watch/earphones all from the same adapter without any issue.Has prongs for most countries and can accommodate several devices at the same time. Highly recommend!

Excellent Warranty & Customer Service
We bought two of the EPICKA Universal GaN 75W International Travel Adapters before a recent trip to Italy. We tested both at home before departing using our home 120v service and encountered no problems. During our 11 day trip, one unit worked flawlessly. However, the other unit suffered a total failure about 5 minutes after arrival at our hotel in Italy while only being used to charge an iPhone (fortunately the internal fuse in the adapter took the brunt of the failure and the iPhone and charging block were not damaged). After returning home, we reached out to Epicka to file a warranty claim. After a couple of back and forth emails with their customer service department to establish the conditions and sequence of events leading up to the failure, I was provided with a prepaid shipping label to return the defective unit and they sent me a new replacement item (before receiving the return). Their customer service rep, Annie, was courteous, professional, and easy to work with and she responded timely throughout our correspondence.
