Milk Thistle for the win..!
I’ve changed my routine of coffee every morning to drinking tea. I found this and am very happy with it. I mix with a mint tea or even cinnamon tea, as this by itself doesn’t have a lot of flavor, but it is a healthy choice! A little Manuka honey added in for health benefits too is great.
