I bought my first one last year then it stopped working. I emailed JZK and recieved a prompt reply. In no time i received the replacement at no additional cost. JZK has an excellent customer serviceIm enjoying my new replacement ang getting lots of compliment due to its size and overall look. My dry eyes and sinus problems have been alleviated. I ordered the filters too. So far loving this product using it at work everyday.

Not good product that these were for.

This is my first time ordering from JKZ International, and I must say that they are very professional and actually follow up with their customers to ensure we are satisfied with our purchases. I have frequent sinusitis and since I have had this humidifier, I no longer have a congested noise in the morning. My sinuses are draining and clearing up. Also, the humidifier is compact and cute with a colored nightlight! I am pleased with my purchase!

I like the fact that JZK, once they realized there was not a good working replacement filter for their product, did something about it! As soon as they had a replacement filter available, they notified customers to let them know. That says a lot to me! I haven't used my humidifier yet, waiting for heater season. I did however purchase the replacement filters to make sure I have them on hand.

This little humidifier is great! I use it at my desk at work and it is the perfect size and provides the right amount of humidity for me. I also love the fact that it is pink, my favorite color.
