Amazing product and customer service.
The pc is in perfect working condition and runs really fast and well. There was just 1 screw missing which wasn’t a massive deal but the guys responded to me within minutes and had the spare screws sent out straight away. Really fast and helpful.

Cheap out on parts not mentioned
Only reason it’s getting a 3 star is because the pc runs fine, however they don’t mention the motherboard model they use, which ended up as a cheap h610 model which doesn’t have the vrm capacity to fully power the i9 12900KF, additionally it was only fitted with a 500W power supply nowhere near enough to power an i9 12900kf and a rtx 5060 Ti, both of these thing seriously reduce performance and there is no point in having the high end components with a such a motherboard. The SSD arrived in two separate 512 GB cards, one of which (SATA) didn’t register even after checking all of the cables. Apart from that the pc did run fine on startup, so just a waste of money on under powered components.
