Great product works well.
Very easy to use. I inserted a data SIM and plugged the device into a USB charging point at home. The device takes about 90 seconds to boot up, then it is accessible. I have this plugged into the auxiliary socket via a USB power supply in my car, and I setup my head unit to connect via WiFi. It works well with my head unit, and everything is functional. Live navigation being my main requirement. The internet and YouTube work fine and I have downloaded a few apps from the play store. Speeds are adequate, considering I live out in the countryside where mobile signal is just about acceptable. It's now a wireless hot-spot, so the kids can hook up thier tablets to this device in my car when on long journeys.

Too good to be true
A 10$ item that could emulate the more expensive 100$ routers on the market? Definitely a scam. First off, it functioned poorly with signal strength dropping to 1 mbps at times. It was difficult to keep plugged in as it kept falling out, and too large to be portable for business trips. The battery life was at most 1 hour as well.. humiliation. Anyways, I'd advise anyone reading this to take a hit and buy a more expensive temporary business router, anything under 80$ is likely a rugpull.

You get what you pay for
You get what you pay for. Works great until it doesn't, second one of these and after few weeks it drops off and has to be unplugged to reconnect then after doing so a few times will not reconnect.

Not very fast but cheapest out there and works ok.
First some info that you might need. I wasn't able to find this info before I bought it so hopefully will help. The model number is UZ801. The version I was supplied was version 2. The wifi cannot be disabled. You can set the max users to 0 in the settings but the wifi itself is still turned on at all times, even if plugged into a computer USB port. The IP address of the modem's LAN address is 192.168.1.100. This cannot be changed. When plugged into USB it presents as an RNDIS network connection. When not plugged in, the modem presents a 2.4ghz wireless network with a max of 10 users (max users can be changed in settings) The public IP address from the network carrier can be seen in the modem settings. Worked first time with an EE sim card on a Windows 7 machine. APN info was acquired from EE automatically however you can also set 5 manual APN profiles if needed. The 4G speed was not very fast. Tested on speedtest on my Iphone SE 2020 in my attic room. Iphone got 130mbs with 25mbs upload. This dongle got 35mbps with 5mbps upload. So 25% of what the Iphone can get. The modem in my iphone is capable of MIMO 4G and multi frequency and probably a higher LTE cat than 150mbps. I doubt that this dongle can do any of that and probably locks to one 4G frequency only which will be the most congested one that most basic devices use. You can pick these up cheaper elsewhere. I think for the price compared to other models, and the fact that you get a 4G wifi router also so no need to plug into a PC, you can't really go wrong. Just don't expect to get anywhere near 150mbps unless you live alone on an Island 25 miles from land with your own 4G mast.

Useless instructions prevented me from making it work.
Impossible to make it work with a simcard. Instructions are not the least clear. Came up as a wi fi modem on computer but no way to connect the simcard to an internet source. Sad as its just what I wanted. The word SIM does'nt feature in tiny instruction book.
