The robot battery stop to recharge after only 2 weeks using it and now is useless!

Extremally dissatisfied!
The box was incomplete, remote control was missing, in fact this model does not support one. No brand name on the box or device. No two levels of suctions as advertised, No supporting app. It's stuck every five minutes asking to clean different parts of the device. Complete waste of money.
