Good multi-vitamin. Would have given it 5 stars if it had less of those other ingredients that really serve no purpose and aren't good for you. Especially the Blue #1 lake and Blue #2 lake.

Sent one back as I received the women's formulation then checked the ingredients with the 2nd bottle and found few differences in the nutrients I was wanting. 4 stars for not explaining the substitution.

I don't know why the description says anything about ginko or ginseng or any of the other supplements because none of those are in this. ALso the pills are a bright blue color instead of just a natural color. I am guessing they are ok vitamins.
