High quality, Very Effective, It dissolves quickly, the composition are good, any age can drink i prefer above 18 and above, the benefits it is proven and tested by me, the first week i used i noticed my nails are getting strong, my hairfall are less and my skin is glowing aside from doing workouts daily with resistance, weights and functional i felt great. I drink it with milk, tea, or mix with my oatmeal. The packaging is good. I saw improvement during my first week intake. The taste are better than other, because it is not oily. I specifically love it hence it's unflavored. It doesn't affect the taste of my coffee. No smell, no aftertaste. I'm in the early stage of taking Lilfull collagen peptides and I can already see a few good results. My joints are improving and and I notice the my skin is glowing. I also have falling hair so I have yet to see its result. Aside from taking this collagen, I've been eating healthier so I think it all comes together.

It did help in managing my pimples. My hair became softer. I'm hoping to see improvement on my pores but there isn't. It's a great budget price but I'll be trying other brands hoping to help with my pores
