this was a perfect swap in/out for my squire classic vibe strat. didnt need to make any adjustments, just a straight replacement. the quality is great, the block feels heavier and more solid. the only one flaw was the screws holding the springs in were a little on the short side, so i just used the original screws so no big deal. was it worth swapping? on a higher end guitar, probably not (unless something was broken) but if you were upgrading a cheap (sub 200) guitar it will definitely be worth doing

I was hoping that this would be a drop-in replacement for a full fat Squier SE, but it wasn't. The block was too far forward so it wouldn't fit in the cavity without moving the screws a lot. I didn't want to enlarge the cavity or mess with the scale length, so reused parts of the old bridge, and added the new block, saddles, springs and whammy bar. The saddle screws are too long and interfere with the strings but I was able to reuse the old ones. There is a lug screw to tighten the whammy bar socket, and you can access it by pushing the trem all the way forward. So it was a bit of hassle and compromise, but once fitted it was great. Really improved the sound - much brighter and clearer - and the trem works pretty well. A quality product if you can get it to fit.

Very affordable Trem. block from a respected company. Cheap way to upgrade on any Cheap Chinese Guitar. Note: before you fix the block and string your guitar, make sure the trem. arm fits in solid. You do that by tightening the little grub screw on the block. If the trem arm is a little loose, you have to take out the trem block to get to it. Also, using 8-38 strings I only had to use 2 springs. Works perfect, and you can hear the difference Highly Recommended

A jolly decent tremolo bridge, very substantial and robust, the shiney chrome finish and hefty feel of quality is sure to bring a smile to your face when you open the box, also it's bound to add some extra vim and vigour to your playing once attached to your electric guitar.

Great quality and a perfect fit.

The tremolo block is coated in black paint and I wonder what the metal underneath is, probably zinc I don't know. The saddles feel a bit thin and flimsy but for the price I can't nit pick really. Just saying these things so you're aware because for the 10£ I paid it's a good upgrade on a cheap guitar you might have. It did fit a slimmer body Squier Affinity I had lying around without the block coming out of the back.

El bloque es gordo, mucho mejor que el que traía de serie mi squier, y encaja a la perfección en mi squier Sonic stratocaster HSS. Quitar y apretar tornillos, nada más. Muy satisfecho. The block is thick, much better than the one my Squier came with, and it fits perfectly in my Squier Sonic Stratocaster HSS. Just removing and tightening screws, that's it. Very satisfied

Le quedó excelente a mi Squier de los 90 hecha en Japón. Es sólido, la placa que va dentro del cuerpo es casi del doble de ancho que la original y es más pesada. La palanca es muy elegante y de las mismas dimensiones que la original, pero no va atornillada sino a presión, lo que me gustó mucho. Llegó rápido y perfectamente empacada. La relación calidad-precio es altísima. La recomiendo al 100%

.....shocked (in a good way) on the quality of this tremolo system. The block is solid and heavy duty. The claw is sturdy and the plate is thick and full of tone sustain. Well worth the price. My only problem is the tremolo arm does not stay in the hole. It's a pop in arm but it does not click in or stay in the bridge.

Two issues keep me from giving this a 4 star review: 1. the grub screws that adjust the saddle height are all the same height which means that they stick up well above the top of the lower saddles, the outer two high and low E strings especially. 2. There is a lot of wobble and play between the vibrato arm and its socket. For a few dollars more Wilkinson make similar bridges without these issues.
