Honestly, it’s like a mini shock therapy session for your behind, but in the best possible way. The build quality is excellent. The materials feel sturdy, durable, and well-made, not cheap or flimsy at all. The design is smart and discreet, fitting neatly under the toilet seat without making the toilet look like some sci-fi contraption. The product comes with all the necessary attachments to fit most toilet types, so even a complete novice like me could install it without disaster. The photos I’ve attached show it perfectly installed, clean, compact, and ready for action no messy pipes or awkward gaps. Functionally, it’s brilliant. The adjustable pressure allows you to customize the experience from a gentle, refreshing rinse to a full-on wake-up blast. There are two sprayers: I haven’t used the second myself, but my partner loves it angled perfectly for women to ensure full coverage. It’s obvious that a lot of thought went into making this comfortable, practical, and versatile for anyone using it. Mornings have become a little adventure. It’s practical, refreshing, and somehow hilarious at the same time. Even the installation process, a tiny bit of plumbing, felt like a small victory when I saw how neatly it fit under the seat. Bonus points for making both my partner and me excited to start our day (in very different ways). Great product, relatively easy to fit. It is a bit cold in cold weather as mains water is colder then, but that's no fault of the product. It works well, the Japanese would even be happy!😁 My only minor comment is that my toilet seat rear buffers (under the seat) no longer touch the actual toilet, even when using the additional stick on buffers that came with the product. This means my seat moves slightly when sat on.

This bidet is incredible value for money! I was expecting to need a plumber, but the installation was so straightforward that I managed it on my own. The build quality is excellent, and it’s been going strong for months now. The water pressure is powerful but can be adjusted with ease, and cleaning is super simple—just a quick brush does the job. If you apply the seal tape properly, there’s no chance of leaks. Brilliant product!

I’m really disappointed with this bidet. The unit itself seemed fine at first, but the twisting setting knob leaks water during use. No matter how carefully it’s installed, water comes out from around the knob when adjusting the settings. This is frustrating because it makes a mess and defeats the purpose of having a clean, simple setup. For something that should be a basic sealed control, this really shouldn’t happen. Overall, it’s poorly designed or faulty, and I wouldn’t recommend it unless this issue is fixed.

A great value alternative to a bidet. This product is an absolute must have for personal hygiene. Everything is included in order to fit to a standard UK toilet. Consider your toilets position before purchasing as you will need enough clearance on the right hand side (as you are sitting) for the control tap that sticks out a good few inches. The connectors for the pipe work also protrude a few inches. So, you must have a good amount of space around your existing water pipe for this to fit. I use, the cleaner is amazing and works brilliantly once you work out the best position to sit in - trust me, you will figure it out! Cleaning is a little tricky as you will be adding extra fittings to the base of your toilet seat. I found a steam cleaner is the best way to get the whole thing hygienically clean. This took me 20 minutes to install and I now have one on each loo. Once you use one, you'll wonder how you managed without it!

j' ai acheter cette appareil en remplacement d'un d'une autre marque qui fuier,celui-ci je 'lai depuis 3 semaines il a l'air de ne pas fuire car il est d'un seul bloque pas de vis et un filtage en acier instalation facile seul probleme le tuyau de raccordement est trop cour si l'arriver d'eau n'ai pas du même coté que la poignier de fonctionement j'ai du racheter un tuyau pour ralonger celui fourni avec le kit.sinon c est tres bien je ne peu plus m'en passé , j'utilise moin de papier ,plus d'irritations du au frottement on si habitue vite et l'eau froide n'ai pas problême

What not to say! Its THE best! Very easy installation, very good quality nd its good price too. I first ordered to try out in my spare bathroom nd we loved it, especially while kids using it , is super helpful. Thn I had to order 2 more in a row. Tht how good it is!
