Wonderful gluten-free bagels
These bagels I just love them. They’re very thin and they hold together. Well I’ve used them for hamburgers for sloppy Joe. I’ve used them for breakfast. I made breakfast sandwiches. I’ve toasted them and had cream cheese on them. They’re very good. They don’t fall apart. They’re fresh when you take them out of the freezer I just can’t say enough about these gluten-free bagels. They’re my all-time favorite.

Only the crust. . .
Not bad. Not great. After all, it's gluten free. Could use a bit more substance. (for me) Reminds me of eating pretzel crisps in a way. No real filling. Don't over toast them or they will curl up very crispy.
