This Fenugreek works well in food or taken plain...
I usually get the small container that is sweeter and tastier made in USA, but this Fenugreek works well. *Nice Taste and great value. I use it to add to soups for flavor and top off certain foods with sprinkling some of this dried fenugreek leaves. I also grab a pinch and chew it in my mouth and follow it up with water for the medicinal benefits. Then I started back taking the Fenugreek seeds supplements (NO FILLERS). The health benefits of consuming each type of Fenugreek (leaves and seeds) individually as well as together is amazing. The Lord is good all the time!

Fenugreek is our go-to secret ingredient for everything from soups to pasta sauce, unique aroma really adds to whatever you put it in. Have enjoyed this brand for a few years after 'discovering' this unique spice. Great value for the amount and super fresh quality.

Home cook good value
What I was looking for. A unique flavor essential for certain dishes and didn’t want to spend too much but still get decent quality. These are adequate. I doubt these would pass muster for the purest and gourmet connoisseur but for the home cook and general home cooking purposes and who wants a good product for value, my purposes, they are just fine. I go through them rapidly enough that I can keep them fresh in my spice pantry since I cook in large portions generally with guests frequently and many requests for cooking dishes that require these.

Great quality and price!
I have been trying to perfect my chicken tikka masala and was using crushed fenugreek, but learned that the leaves are better. You get plenty in this package and it’s fresh. Definitely makes a difference to the flavor of the recipe.
