Great water fountain. Purchased on offer to replace my old cat water fountain that was covered in limescale. Easy to clean and put together. Received email from the company with instructions on the filters and a warranty too. Silent functioning and easy to use, the water flows as it detects movement whether that be me walking past or one of my cats going to drink. Water is circulated well and constantly fresh. Took my cats a couple of days to realise it was for them as it is different to my old one. I find they drink more water with a water fountain. I have kept mine plugged in but it can be recharged if used without the lead/plug. Looks good and nice and compact, well worth the money. Looks strong and hard wearing. Really easy to clean which is helpful. Would thoroughly recommend.

Been using the stainless steel sensor cat water fountain for 2 weeks now. It great. Love the fact it’s rechargeable so no wires everywhere and water only runs when Sophia (our kitten) approaches to get a drink. Being stainless steel it keeps the water nice and cool. It’s a large capacity so lasts all day/evening. There is no noise whilst the water is not running and only a trickle when it’s running. Definitely recommend and great price too.

I have had a water fountain for my pets for years - this is by far the best! It is stainless steel and easy to clean. We use ours plugged in with constant water flow. It has a sensor on it to detect when the water is too low and the light glows red - easy to see when it needs filling up. There are options to run constant flow or detect animal to initiate flow. Both work well. The unit also has a battery in built so it doesn’t need to be positioned close to a socket to be used - just charge the battery and put it anywhere! The filters are readily available and not expensive. We have two dogs and the filters last about 4-5 weeks. Cleaning the fountain is easy because all parts are light and they fit well together. I did a lot of research before buying this and am really happy with it (as are my dogs).

Great item to help cats drink fresh clean water, however the tray is quite shallow and it’s a bit tricky without spilling water if you want to move it as the water doesn’t drain away when turned off.

I'm so happy I bought this fountain. It was month ago and work away eversince. So nice and easy to keep, clean. Works very well for the cat 🐈 and keeps the water fresh all the time. The battery is very long lasting like several weeks, 7/8 weeks. It has an easy setting for water flowing when there is any movement near the fountain. I recently use the 2nd setting so it circulates water in every 15 mins. Just need to rinse the filter when its display blinks, so easy to clean and set. Brilliant and worth every penny❤️🩷🧡💜💛💙👌👍🫶

This water fountain is so much better than the previous one. At first, my cats were not very impressed with it (cats don't like changes) but now they keep going to drink all the time. PROS: It is stainless steel so it's easy to clean. It can hold 4 litres of water, that's 1 litre more than my old one You can use it unplugged from the mains or plugged if you wish. Not sure about the battery because I had it for short time. CONS: Constant flow of water doesn't work when it's not plugged (to save battery) More noisy than plastic ones because the water makes noise when falls on the steel. Easy to spill water if you move it. I highly recommend it if you live in a hard water area because limescale won't damage it so fast if you clean it every week

Stopped working after 8 months. Not sure who to contact as should be under warranty but no information in the manual or on Amazon so waste of money I’m afraid

I have had this water fountain just over two years now and it is still working as well as the day I unboxed it. My cat and dogs all use it. I have it set on the sensor mode so it dispenses water if it senses anyone walking by. Battery lasts a couple of weeks before needing recharging. Recharges in a couple of hours and is still usable while charging. The motor is really quiet, we have ours on the landing and it doesn’t disturb us. Only hear it if it needs topping up with water. Filters last a few weeks and are cheap enough. Love it and would definitely recommend.

Update 10/7/24: Get a mat for underneath. The basin is very shallow and tends to lightly splash, it can also get a bit of condensation, and is easy for pet to splash a bit when drinking. My cat drinks of course as close to the edge as possible. It's just enough water that gets out that it's hard to notice until you see your floor warping, I've never gotten him a mat before as he's just a little guy and is not typically messy. I got a waterproof pet mat by Gorilla Grip also on Amazon for like $8 that is perfect. Not deducting any stars, I understand the design is intentional to help with whisker fatigue and better imitate a moving drinking pool, there's a reason people put those mats underneath water bowls in general. Absolutely no other issues. The stainless steel stays very clean, and it's extremely easy to clean overall, the plastic inside tray is completely smooth, no rough edges like other fountains I've had that accumulate hair and gunk. I'm very pleased with the amount the filter catches, just ordered a 12 pk. Overall fantastic little fountain, and I love the peace of mind that he'll still have fresh moving water if the electric goes out. *see last paragraph/rant if you're considering a Petlibro fountain So far so good! Extremely easy set up, the simplicity of the design and parts should keep it cleaner than other models since there's less areas that could encourage any build up. Wish the inner part wasn't plastic but know that would make the model more expensive, at least the plastic is smooth unlike some that have ragged edges that catch debris. Perfect size for one pet or maybe two small ones that don't mind sharing. My cat walked right over to it and began drinking, he's had two other fountains and took about a week to warm up to both. He's had a non-electric gravity waterer for months now (see below) so I was worried there would be another warm up period. It's atheistically pleasing, I can hear it but it's kind of soothing. I do keep it plugged in because I'm horrible at recharging devices but I love knowing that if there's a power outage it will still operate. Got as a replacement for the $80 Petlibro Glacier fountain that worked right up until the first filter replacement (two months) where it quite literally stopped working, absolutely zero button/motion functionality and made a weird noise. Customer service was a nightmare. Contacted first through Amazon, after a brief reply walking through possible fixes (I had already tried these) I was directed to a customer service email address to contact. I contacted them via Gmail with all the requested information including a video and received an automated response saying "being reviewed by our dedicated support team we assure you that we will respond to your inquiry within 24 hours". I followed up four days later after not receiving a reply, I followed up again on day 7 stating I had provided all information and that a response from them was well outside of the assured 24 hour window. That finally got a response from a rep the next day saying sorry they had been sick (there's only one customer service rep on there "dedicated team"??). A few messages were exchanged, including another video request, before they admitted the product was faulty and they would replace literally just the mechanical part, but they didn't have one of those in stock. Which is weird because I could have easily have gone on Amazon and bought a completely new one, which I should have been sent in the first place after that three emails and a seven day response time. I was asked if I wanted to wait two months for the part or they could send me one of their other models, I very purposely got the Glacier because it was mostly stainless steel and their others are plastic and gimmicky. I opted to wait, I really hate waste and didn't want the other model. Took my address and everything and assured they would send out the part as soon as it was avaliable. After nearly three months I missed an email from them by three days asking to re-confirm my address, I responded that it was still correct and was informed that I was too late they were out of stock again. Why even ask for the address the first time if you're not going to use it. I was again offered another model or my money back. Leaving me with a useless unit to trash and no fountain. I did receive my money back quickly I guess. Anyway, just get something else besides Petlibro, you'll spend less money and probably get better service.

Le gustó a mis gatitos, tengo varios y son muy quisquillosos. Tienen otra fuente de agua, pero hace más ruido y el dispensador del agua está justo a la mitad del recipiente, por lo que les reduce el espacio para tomar agua, pero con esta fuente no les pasa eso y sí la utilizan, además de que hace menos ruido. Ayuda mucho el indicador led, ya que se ilumina en rojo cuando tiene poca agua o necesita recargarse la batería.

Cette fontaine est parfaite pour nos petits compagnons surtout l'été quand il fait chaud... avec la fonction intermittent elle fonctionne automatiquement tt les 15mn donc l'eau bouge et elle reste assez fraîche je trouve sachant que la fontaine est pas placé au soleil . Elle est silencieuse et elle se recharge rapidement. Mes chats s'hydratent mieux depuis que j'ai cette fontaine et surtout aucun fil qui traîne donc nous pouvez la placer où nous souhaitons et l'emporter facilement en vacances
