This thing is excellent holds tons of water. It is very quiet. The cat loves the light. I have purchased just many water fountains for this cat and she's hated all of them. This is the only one that she's actually drank out of and I think it's because it's stainless steel. It's easy to clean and I've had it for 8 months. Now. With no issues. I just purchased another one for a co-worker of mine who was having the same problem with her cat. And now, her picky cat has decided that she loves this thing, and we both think It's the stainless steel resembles a sink.

I got this fountain for my cat to help encourage her to drink more water, and it has worked great. I also liked that it’s stainless steel, which I’ve read is one of the cleanest and most hygienic options for pet fountains. Setup took less than five minutes, and everything was very straightforward. It’s also really easy to clean. I give it a full clean every two weeks, and it’s a breeze. The filters are simple to replace as well. Best of all, my cat is drinking way more water than before, which was exactly what I was hoping for. Overall, it’s a great fountain that’s easy to maintain and does exactly what it’s supposed to do.

Update: I brought the cats and this water fountain that they love on my camping trip. The fountain fell during travel (my fault for poorly securing in camper) and the plastic flower head partially broke. Fountain still works fine, but I keep the sharp edge that broke to the rear so they won't cut their tongues on it. I need to order a replacement head but none available. ***BOORCA Please help.*** Decent upgrade to stainless steel for my kitties' fountain. The older plastic fountain tends to get a bit of gummy growth inside it within a week. My older boy didn't like the change at first but took to it within a day. I use the old one in the far end of the house which they like to visit when there. The pump noise bugged me in the new stainless bowl until I figured out putting a cloth under the bowl silenced the humming of vibration that the plastic bowl did not have. Vibrations of the pump are magnified otherwise. I feel good about the food grade fountain, but the inner parts and flower are still plastic. Both are clear plastic and don't seem to collect the gummy lining like the white plastic of the pervious. I am able to use the same round filters for this fountain as my plastic fountain, which is why I picked this unit. So far so good about a month in use.

Love this fountain, cats love it, less mess, easy to fill, carry and clean!!I'd highly recommend to anyone looking for an upgrade. It's quiet till it needs more water, I love that the inner light changes colors to inform you it needs more water. It also takes up a much smaller footprint than old one.

Overall I am happy with this fountain. My kitten took to it quickly and drinks from it regularly. Good value for the money. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the motor is very noisy. I had to move it to another room because the humming of the motor is so loud. Maybe I got a dud motor, I'm not sure. The motor works great, it is just loud. Other than the noisy motor, it feels like a good quality fountain and I love the stainless steel construction. It is easy to clean and easy to assemble.

Both boxes were missing the 2 pre-filter sponges that are supposed to be included with every filter orders of every size. These sponges are not available for individual purchase. You must buy Boorca filters to get the proper size pre-filter sponges that are made to fit their fountain. These pre-filter sponges are a size no other company (I have found) sells. I haven't found a way to contact Boorca either. I have had an issue with the LED water level indicator light on 3 of the 4 fountains I have purchased. It no longer works after just a few days of use. Their fountain is reasonably priced (usually $19.99) extremely easy to clean, maintain & my cats love them. But the issue of missing sponges along with the LED lights & most frustrating problem of not being able to locate the company in order to have issues with their products resolved leaves me no alternative but to write a negative review which I really was trying to avoid due to the fact their fountain is a great product. I was able to sacrifice the faulty LED water level indicator light in 3 of my 4 fountains because of the positive features of their fountain, however, their lack of quality control when packaging their filters and the fact they can not be reached especially for customer service has left me no other choice but leave a 1-star negative review. Due to where I live returning the much needed filters was not an option because it would be more of a hassle then just using some other pre-filter sponge & making it work/fit. It’s been just about 7 days!! So far I like it. It’s quiet & clean. My cat still likes to splash. Not as much as before…

his is actually our second cat water fountain like this, and while it works great in the beginning, we ran into the same issue over time. At first, the performance is really good—the water flows consistently, which encourages cats to drink more. The stainless steel design is a big plus too since it feels cleaner and more hygienic compared to plastic options. The capacity is nice at 84oz, so you don’t have to refill it constantly, and it’s convenient for both cats and small dogs. Unfortunately, the motor ended up going out after a while, and once that happens, the fountain stops circulating water altogether. That was the main reason we had to replace it. In terms of durability, everything else held up fine, but the pump seems to be the weak point. Great product! The automatic cat drink fountain was easy to set up and runs quietly. My cat started using it right away and seems to love having fresh, flowing water. It looks nice, doesn’t take up much space, and encourages her to drink more—definitely a good buy.

Perfect Filters for my kitties water fountain bowl . Would be nice if they were just a little bit cheaper or a couple more filters added into the pack . Definitely buying more though .
