Will delrin compress, deform, or crack from forces of an accident? Will the extra bolt length reduce over all strength?

I don’t think a Jeep should be your vehicle of choice.

Innovative, will this fit 2018 JK and will you guarantee that? amazon says no.

The Amazon fitment database is not up to date. This will fit all models of the 2018 Jeep JK Unlimited, 4-Door.

Will the freedom top panels still fit in the rear laying down with these installed?

Yes, they will still fit in the rear laying down. Thank you for interest! - Tony (Innovative JK Products)

Will this fit a 2016 Rubicon?

The JK Unlimited did not change the interior between 2015 and 2016 so it should work fine.
