I can tell a difference when I don't take my magnesium before bed. Try it! I sleep better, less leg cramping.

I struggle to elude to many issues and get up at least twice or three times to tinkle.. I took one pill, the first night, I woke up once, not multiple times. Second night, slept five hrs straight . Third night, six ours later, I woke up with so much energy, I had not had in years. Not sure if this is why, but it sure felt great to function at work. Will be 60 in three months. Literally first tim in twenty years that I slept six hours without walking up.

I’ve tried many brands of mag gly and this one has out performed them all for me. I started using for restless legs and found it also helping with sleep. I cannot go without it now.
