Lose weight and feel great!
If you follow the recipes it is impossible to not lose weight. Plus all of the ingredients are easily available at your average supermarket. Most blends taste great but the odd 1 or 2 were not to my taste. A great way to get rid of all the rubbish and put all the good stuff in. I lost 6.5kg in 10 days. I bought this book because of my trust for the author. I also read his kick the drink (alcohol) book, and haven't drank alcohol for nearly 2 years now as a result. Thanks Jason!

Good recipes
As someone who has tried Jason's juice recipes as well as smoothies I would say that these are easier to make and there is less cleaning. I find cleaning out a blender much easier than a juicer. I chose to have the recipes when I followed the plan but I didn't stick to the 4 hour rule as I found that if I was hungry sooner than the 4 hours that it was better to have something in between otherwise I was ravenous and not in a good mood!

Great recipes
I bought this book as I wanted healthy smoothie recipes. The book focuses on the super blend me plan, which much like Jason’s previous books, are based on drinking juices or in the case smoothies for a set period of time; 7 days,14 days and 21 days. I have read the whole book (which didn’t take long) and I would consider doing the plan. Much of the advice is similar to previous books, although there are some differences. Overall a great book with fantastic smoothie recipes.

Health is Wealth!
Downloaded this book on kindle and found it a very interesting read. Love Jason Vales mental approach to life, health and obviously this plan. Can’t wait to start it and feel the benefits! I have done his juice reboot before and was amazed at how I felt, however, after downsizing I let it slide and no longer juice ( didn’t have space for juicer!) to which my health and weight has suffered. Blending is definitely more doable for me so really looking forward to trying this plan as know it will work! Personally for me Jason’s outlook on healthy eating has been life changing as I struggled getting balance so a great BIG THANK YOU!! Highly recommend this book.

Well worth a try to improve your health!
If like me you are interested in getting all the nutrients you need from blended ‘meals’ using fresh ingredients, and/or you would like to lose some weight, Jason Vale’s book (plus some willpower) will be a great help. I have a poor appetite and at times I lack motivation to cook ‘meals for one’ so these easy to make blends work well for me and help maintain my energy levels. The shopping you will need to get in for any of the ‘challenges’ ... 7 days upwards ... is handily listed alongside the blend menus. You can use frozen ingredients such as berries, spinach etc to make life easier if need be. Should you need evidence that the weight loss aspect works, and wish to be inspired, do watch the documentary SUPERJUICE ME free on YouTube. Admittedly the candidates were looked after for 28 days and lived on special juices, which meant their weight loss was quite spectacular, as was the great improvement to their overall health. After watching the documentary my son decided to do the ten day challenge from this book and dropped 17lb so blending definitely works if you stick to the guidelines, and (most of!) the blends taste wonderful.

It's now relatively easy to get through the day on the three blends
It's working for me. Now on Day 11 of the challenge and have lost 4 kg's so far. I've not followed the plan to the letter. Friday & Sunday night's we've allowed ourselves a real meal (it's too hard to resist especially when the kids are eating real meals). We've also not been doing any exercise yet and still weight has been lost. As the book says the first 2 - 3 days is the hardest as your body adjusts to not having all this fat, carbs and sugar thrown at it. Once you get through that though your hunger feelings really do drop. Yes you're still hungry (or maybe it's the feeling of not being stuffed and bloated) but I'm not famished and thinking I could eat my own weight in burgers. It's now relatively easy to get through the day on the three blends. Recommended.

Not enough recipes
Disappointed in this book, I wanted to have lots of recipes but they are probably only about a quarter of the book. This is more giving you regimes to follow so you can loose weight and it actually gives 36 pages for you to complete a diary.
