Excellent product for parties.
Excellent product especially good for parties, my drip tray came damaged, the seller was fab kept in touch and sent me another I was very grateful, I have to say their customer service was above and beyond can't fault it. Highly recommend this product and just the right size for households.

Works for the most part. lightweight, so easy to move but the lead is too short, it takes forever to heat up and has to be turned upside-down to empty. However it did what I wanted it to.

Brilliant Urn for Mulled Wine
This urn is superb! I bought it for serving mulled wine at family parties and it was excellent. Probably a bit big for the 4 bottles I used it for, but that didn't matter. It kept the contents at a constant 65 deg C which ensures a warming drink but without boiling off all the alcohol. Finish and quality is first class. Neat drip tray clicks on to the front.

Not suitable for what we needed it for
Used in a space where needs to be fairly quiet. This waterheater makes loud noise when switching itself on to maintain temperature. Water comes our of tap at a slow trickle takes ages to fill a cup. We use small mugs and they don't fit under the tap when drip tray attached Customer service after sale excellent. Supplier very understanding and have provided a full refund.
