We have a 19 pound shitzu poodle mix that loves to chew his bedding and chew toys. I purchased this thinking that it would be different due to what appeared to be a good quality mat. Two days he had a corner of the bed frayed. We took the bed out of his pen area for a week put it back and within a week he had all of the corners chewed and frayed and then he got to the stuffing so it's now no longer usable. It lasted maybe a few days longer than cheaper brands. This is his 6th different type of bedding he's gone through. I really had high hopes this would last but it didn't. Sad thing is he really liked laying on it.

I have gone through 6 dog beds that my dog, when having a panic attack, has chewed up. So far this one has not suffered the same fate. Is heavier than most and not as soft as some, but I don't mind the trade off for a bed that both my dog and I love. Fabric is tough as described.2 Monthe later update. It has been over two months with no incidents until last night. For whatever reason she went into a manic frenzy last night, was able to get an edge up where she could get her teeth into the fabric and, even though the fabric is tough, it is not as tough as her teeth, and she got a hole started. I patched with duct tape which temporarily solves the problem but isn't particularily attractive. Although outside the Amazon return policy I Contacted the seller about the failure of the product as described. I indicated I wanted a refund or replacement. They offered a 20% refund and I could keep it. I indicated that was not sufficient and they made it right with me. Although I believe seller is in China and there was probably some language problems they stood behind their promise to make it right.

I haven’t verified what is inside the interior stitching but inside the exterior stitching is the same fluff they advertise against…. My 10 month old 9 lb miniature dachshund was able to rip two holes. We have only had it for ~4 months .

I have a 13 month old pitbull that gets irritated when left in the kennel for any length of time if I need to leave the house. I bought this bed hoping that it would hold up a little longer than previous beds. She was left in the kennel for 15 minutes to test it out and she was able to chew right through and start pulling out the stuffing. Definitely did not meet any of the claims were being made.

Soft and yet sturdy.

I bought this product for the indestructible material. It only last 1 week be for my dog chewed it up. 50$ down the drain. My dog is a 11/2 year old and chew up fabrics I give the a 1 star.

They clearly have never met my pit bc she destroyed the indestructible. 4 stars for trying!
