Received it yesterday and charging it for the past 11 hours, still not fully charged and still charging and it’s on 78% at the moment, is it normal?

The time to charge will be dependant on the output of your charger. However, 11 hours seems to be excessive. I have three of these power banks and have not had any issues.

Would it charge normally the steam deck?

it does charge the steam deck but it takes a very long time i wouldnt personally get it for that
