I tore some ligament in my ankle and have tendonitis. Needless to say, I've got some pain. I love this roller as it does slide on the floor like crazy when I use it. It rolls well. The knobs feel heavenly. It's a perfect compact size. Feels great every time I use it. Helps with foot stiffness and pain. Quality seems high and I expect this to last past all my physical therapy and for years. Super easy to use on carpet and wood floors. If you know someone with foot or ankle pain - it'd be a nice gift for them to try.

Works really well on rug or mat. Don’t use on bare floors…it slips too easily. Easy to use and does help.

I like it. It is comfortable to roll my foot on it. I have severe plantar fasciitis. I’m not sure if it will cure my PF but I hope it will help it.
