I did purchase the magnetrainer months ago for both foot-pedalling and trying to help exercise my shoulder. Recently had an implant and I now can use it several times daily ; my physiotherapist is very happy that I have the thing, so that i can use it by myself at home, instead of cycling just 2 times a week, it is 20-30 times a week. For exchange with the pedals, I bought the fast attachment bolts, which work quite well (a bit of grease did not harm there) Since I need higher resistance for cycling with my feet, I adjust it several times a day. For easier use I simply marked each quarter turn with a dot of different color of acrylic paint :-) , saves a lot of counting each time when changing foot to arm and the other way round.

i have a shortened tendon so this was tricky to use. it is helping stretch my arm though it os also harder to use you have narrow shoulders with quick links. but safe than traditional handles.

Great aerobic work out for the arms, while immobile waiting for a broken hip to mend. Feels harder work than my turbo trainer but that's just because legs are much stronger. Kept me sane and gave some endorphins while recovery is ongoing.

The product appears to be well made and sturdy. However, I cannot review it adequately as I have not used it as yet.

I have used these on my table, top hand cycle for about a year now as a quadriplegic and really like them
