I wanted a decent pancake spatula. OK, I know, it's not advertised as such - it's for fish. But it doesn't slide nicely under a pancake because of the square shape. Silly me.

It's rigid enough to not flex when turning large items, and wide enough to flip them without breaking them when cooking in a pan. The quality of the silicone seems good, and the handle insertion looks like it will last well.
