Get yourself some simple, helpful liver support
As with any health support supplement, consistency is key, and after taking these high-strength tablets from Vital Haven for a few weeks I can say I do really feel different. I was guided towards supplements which include milk thistle and, above alternatives which I have tried, these capsules do seem to have more effective benefits. There's a slight aroma as you open the bottle and it's best to be quick in taking them to avoid the taste. But they are easy to swallow and light enough not to be troublesome, so no problems there. As others have reported, showing your liver some kindness after beating it up on a night's drinking feels like the right thing and the after-effects are far less noticeable while having these as part of your routine. Noticeable benefits and therefore highly recommended.
