Portable Monitor 15.6" FHD 1920x1080P IPS Second External Display

I have been genuinely impressed with this monitor, particularly considering I only paid around £60 for it. The screen quality is much better than I expected at this price, and what I like most is how thin and compact it is. I use it alongside my 34-inch main monitor, and having the smaller screen for additional documents, emails or other windows has been surprisingly useful. Connecting it through USB-C is also extremely convenient. With my setup, I can connect one USB-C cable and use the monitor without needing a separate power supply, which keeps the desk much tidier. Another nice surprise is the built-in speaker. Obviously it isn't going to replace dedicated speakers, but having one built into such a thin portable monitor is very useful. For around £60, considering the screen quality, portability, USB-C connection, slim design and built-in speaker, I think it represents exceptional value for money. I have been very impressed with it.

I purchased 2 of these screens to provide a home setup for my wife to work from alongside her laptop, and for the price I must say they have been excellent. Simple to set up, worked straight out of the box and aside from having to combine one with usb-C and one with USB/HDMI to allow her laptop to use her second usb-C for charging, it was as simple as could be. The quality is perfect for use as a desktop extension for application use, but haven’t used for any graphic intensive programs, but a simple test using YouTube videos showed them to handle video very well at this price-point. I highly recommend these screens

Great additional screen to add screen real estate to my work laptop. Product arrived very quickly and was plug and play set up. Quality of the screen for the cost is very good sharp and very clear. Once plugged in using the usbc cable it just works every morning when switch laptop on. Would thoroughly recommend.

Was wary at first due to some negative reviews but decided to order the monitor and see how it went. The monitor is great. The quality of the picture is great it easily connects to my laptop without any struggles. The cover it comes with is great for keeping it covered during transportation. You can use the cover to adjust the height/angle you want the monitor to be at. It’s lightweight as well. I would highly recommend as great value for money.

It's been a month since I purchased this product and I must say this was what I was looking for. Before I review the product, let me make it clear about my use case. I've been using this for my university work. I bought this wholly as a 2nd monitor to prevent excessive tab switching for my thesis work. Functionality: The device works as marketed. The controls are quite intuitive, so it's not very difficult. I didn't have to read the manual to figure out how to navigate it's settings. The connection ports are present on the right side of the screen and my laptop has ports on it's right side as well. The cable path is quite weird. Build quality: The brightness of this monitor is decent. I'm having to run it on 100% brightness to get a clear image. You'll have to tweak the settings a bit to get proper color grade. It obviously does not match the level of the main display but for my use case, it solves the problem. I wouldn't recommend if you're using this for color grading photos or videos. One thing I noticed was while wiping the screen to remove dust, the LCD ripple effect was quite strong. I didn't even press hard on the monitor. Since then, I've been cleaning the dust with very gentle wipes. The glare is quite strong. If there is a dark scene, you can clearly see yourself in the monitor. Connectivity: I've been using the USB-C provided with the monitor as the power source + data transfer. There has been no issues even while moving my laptop. The display doesn't get disconnected. Haven't connected it with my phone, so I can't comment on that. Portability: It's really lightweight and doesn't occupy a lot of space in the bag. Magnetic Case: It works really well and doesn't keep opening up frequently. The case does a good job of preventing things from affecting the display except fine dust which always finds a way to enter in. Audio Drivers: This is a very poor area of this monitor. The audio is really bad. Since it's situated at the back, the quality is really shallow and feels like a device from 90's. I just disabled the audio driver and have been using my main speakers. Orientation: I've been mainly using it in landscape. The cable ports and the control button on the sides of the monitor prevent it being used in vertical mode unless you get a mount. you can't keep it on the desk. Overall, I'm really happy with the product. I would 100% recommend this for daily use, apart from photo and video editing.

For a cost-friendly monitor like this, I initially expected that the lifespan might not be too long, but completely destroying my personal laptop is a whole different story. After using this portable monitor, the internal display of my laptop completely broke down. Before this incident, my laptop was in perfect functional and physical condition, with absolutely no prior drops, structural damage, or liquid exposure. I reported this to the seller, and they explicitly instructed me to take my device to Apple for an official inspection. I followed their instructions perfectly and provided the official diagnostic report to them as requested. (Maybe I just got a single defective unit, but the product stability is extremely concerning.) What’s worse is the seller's behavior. The moment I provided the official Apple diagnostic report as they requested, they instantly changed their attitude - they completely ignored the evidence and closed the customer enquiry without any reply or resolution. In stark contrast to the seller's terrible attitude, Amazon's internal support team has been incredibly proactive and serious about handling this safety issue. This evasion of responsibility from the seller and product instability is unacceptable. I strongly advise everyone: DO NOT buy this to save a bit of money, or you will end up spending hundreds more repairing your own computer! Avoid at all costs!

I purchased this because I need to use a GMKtek NucBox G3 Plus in the bedroom occasionally. Normally, it is in the office. This was a serious case of not wanting to spend any money. This was on sale for £35.99. I do not require it for gaming, so the refresh rate was not a concern. I am a writer who does a little Photoshop and video editing, just so you know where I am coming from in this review. Packaging is nice. It comes in a good, sturdy box with foam cutouts and foam over the screen. Your delivery driver would have a hard time breaking this. It comes with all the necessary cables: mini-HDMI to HDMI, USB-C to USB-C, and a USB-A to USB-C. It also comes with a plug. The HDMI is not capable of transmitting power. The other cables do. Right now, I am plugged into an Acer Chromebook Spin 713 (CP713-3W). It is best to use external power as this will drain your battery rather quickly. (My battery health is at 82% on the Acer, so it is always plugged in. The G3 Plus uses external power, so problem solved.) I did test this using an Anker Zolo Power Bank, 10,000mAh 30W charger and it did hold out a while, however, I would only suggest it if the power is cut in your home and you are using your phone as a hotspot. It also includes a "smart cover," which is just a folding magnetic cover. Picture: not bad. It is HD, 1920 x 1080. Colours are a little flat, which I don't mind actually. I use a 4K monitor in the office and my Acer has a 2K Retina, so in some ways, this is a little easier on the eyes. It is extremely bright on 100. I have it at around 60 most of the time. Good size. 15.6" is a little wide for my tastes as I am acclimated to other screens, but it is fine. Ports: mini-HDMI and two USB-C ports, there is a 3.5mm headphone jack. Sound: the sound is abysmal, and why wouldn't it be. The speakers are on the back and sound is muffled by the cover. Plugging in headphones does not improve the sound. The Acer has Dolby ATS, which does not transmit through the monitor. Best you stick with using your device's headphone jack or Bluetooth. There is a power button and a "turning button" that you push to get the menu and then flick up and down. Like all of these buttons, they are a little confusing at first and not too intuitive, but you'll get there. Power: supports 5V/9V/12V/15V/20V. The USB-C 3.1 is reversible insertion and reverse charging. The cover is also a stand. It will has two positions, one is about 45° and the other is about 30°. You fold the flap to "stop" the monitor from sliding past its groove. If you tip the monitor backwards, the magnets won't hold the monitor and it'll fall from it. Handy to know if you have to open your laptop to turn it on and the monitor is on top like it is in my photos. This will work with laptops, PCs, phones, tablets, and gaming systems. It can be used as a second screen. For the price, I have no complaints. As someone who did not want to spend any money on a monitor, I am quite pleased with my purchase. I suspect people who have issues with it will have high expectations for under forty quid. ETA 17/08/26: This monitor was purchased in April 2026. Yesterday, I noticed a "spot" in the display when on black or grey screen (see attached photos). They were not dead pixels, and the issue disappeared when the screen was coloured. So it was clearly stuck pixels. I tried JScreenFix and it eliminated the problem, but when my device rebooted, the stuck pixels returned. I was under a two-year warranty, which I had registered, so I contacted their customer service, expecting nothing. They responded in fewer than 24 hours and said I could have a full refund and not have to return the device or I can receive a new one at no charge and keep the old one. I took the latter option. I bring this up because a lot of times people complain about the customer service and I received nothing but immediate responses to emails today. Moved my review from four stars to five stars for their service.

I have had this screen almost a year and its still working great, super light with a robust cover for travel in my work back pack. Customer service are amazing I had an issue with an incompatible wire I bought and they helped me solve it within 24 hours. So impressed. Highly recommend this product!

Für mobiles Arbeiten hat mich der Monitor wirklich überzeugt. Ich nutze ihn als zweiten Bildschirm und möchte ihn unterwegs nicht mehr missen. Etwas größer dürfte er zwar sein, insgesamt passt das Format für den Transport aber gut. Die Einrichtung ist unkompliziert, der Stromverbrauch angenehm niedrig und die Bildqualität reicht auch für Grafikarbeiten aus. Außerdem arbeitet der Monitor geräuschlos und ist erfreulich leicht. Pro - Sehr leicht und mobil - Einfache Einrichtung - Gute Bildqualität - Niedriger Stromverbrauch - Geräuschlos - Würde ich wieder kaufen Contra - Etwas größer wäre noch besser - Display ist empfindlich gegen Stürze – daher immer gut sichern und in der Schutzhülle transportieren (eigendlich also kein Contra)
