I did a lot of research before deciding on this fireplace. I wanted to add some character to a flat wall in our living room, and thought a bump out with an electric fireplace would be a good idea at a reasonable price. The whole thing, including fireplace, was done for about $550. First, I didn’t want any brand names on the front. This does not have that. Second, I didn’t need it for a heat source. This does have heat and it actually works pretty decently, but we have only used it to see if it works. Our sole purpose is purely for looks. Third, I wanted the option for wood log look and glass/crystals. This has both! We actually decided to keep the wood look since the flames and glow of the wood look really nice. There are a ton of color options for the “glow” on bottom and the flames on back. I built the bump out before the fireplace arrived, it took about 5 days to arrive. Framing was done in less than 1 day and the remaining pine on the outside, which I painted white and caulked, took about 2 days. The measurements someone else provided were exact! The one thing I did not account for was the plug in cord coming out the middle/top right side, so I had to notch out for that - but was a simple fix. So far, totally a 5/5 for the quality, price, and look! Hope this helps you make a decision!

We absolutely love this fireplace and the ambiance it brings to our living space. It’s is an excellent product and a great value. The heat is distributed well throughout the room and we love the color options. The noise level is quiet and it’s an overall great product!

I spend a long time looking at a variety of electric fireplace units before going with this one. It checked every box when I bought it and has not disappointed. Easy to install (wall mount). Can be done solo but two person is best as it isn't light. The fire image and lighting is great with all the different options. We like the basic setting but if you want to spice it up with different colors they all work well. Loved the logs but you can go with the crystal look if you want. I think the logs look fantastic which a lot of the cheaper models do not have. The heating is great and has worked well. We have had this for over three months and we use it almost nightly.

I love it! It was easy to install and works great. It heats the space around and looks beautiful. I completed the entire wall project myself, with just a little help lifting and holding it in place. Very happy with this purchase.

The product arrived early and in great shape! With the box, yes it is 60lbs. Thank goodness I'm in shape and can handle it. Works wonderful, and produces a lot heat. The design is sleek and thin, just as described. After mounting it on the wall (by myself) its even better!

It came packaged well and on time. It has a very nice and adjustable flame. It does heat my front room. It is big, the picture does not do it justice. It requires assembly and the directions could be better. The remote icons are not intuitive but OK once you know them; use the manual to figure them out. The temperature sensor is not accurate. It have the heater set to 80 F degrees and room temp is 75. Overall it works and is nice looking doing it.

This simulated fireplace has added an amazing ambience to my master bedroom. With multiple colors and combinations, you can change the mood with a simple push of a button on the remote. I must also say that I am really impressed with the customer service. Even after the warranty had past, customer service was able to assist me by replacing a remote (which was my error) free of charge. Now that's service for you! So if you're in the market for a good quality electric fireplace with a great price tag, look no further.

1000% Worth it FOR aesthetic! I did a DIY built in fireplace for my living and this was perfect to give that fire light feel. I haven't used the actually heat in it, its great for the fire aspect and it changes color which the kids enjoy!
