I bought this to use in my DJI Osmo 3 and it works great. I used it to film my holiday in Jamaica at 4K 50 fps and it gave me around 9 hours of recording at this setting. You get around 12 hours at 4K 30 fps. Worked flawlessly so far and I would recommend to anyone who needs a card for recording in 4K, although like pretty much everything lately, the price has gone up since I bought it for £69.99

Bought this Samsung PRO Plus 512GB microSD card to give me gadgets a bit of breathing room – and it hasn’t disappointed. It’s been swallowing up videos, photos, dash cam clips, and even my overflowing WhatsApp backups like a champ, without so much as a hiccup. Honestly, this thing’s got more space than my mam’s kitchen cupboard stacked with old takeaway tubs and mismatched lids. Read and write speeds are canny quick, and I’ve been swapping it between devices without any issues. Whether it’s for the drone footage, a load of phone files, or even the odd Bollywood tunes for long car journeys, it just keeps going. Solid bit of kit, and if it keeps up like this, I won’t need another card for years. Highly recommend – especially if your digital life is as full as mine.

Viofo A229 Pro 4K Performance 2.7GB per 10 min clip, Quality is decent. Minor stutter may be seen on slower devices.👍🏻 May achieve better results with 5 min clips. If you run into any support issues in your dash cam (any make/ model), try formatting the card in a laptop, prior to formatting in the camera. Worked for me with my old Viofo A129 Pro. 👍🏻

After using the Samsung PRO Plus 512GB microSD card for the past three months, I can confidently say it's worth every penny. I primarily bought this for my Nintendo Switch and Steam Deck, but I've also been using it in my Samsung Galaxy phone for photos and 4K videos. The first thing that impressed me was the blazing-fast transfer speeds. Moving my game library from my PC to the card was notably quick, consistently hitting around 170-175MB/s read speeds, very close to the advertised 180MB/s. Write speeds are equally impressive at about 125MB/s, making it perfect for recording 4K videos without any stuttering or buffering issues. Build quality is excellent - it feels sturdy and comes with a reliable SD adapter that I've used countless times without any issues. The card hasn't shown any signs of slowdown or corruption, even with frequent use across different devices. Loading times for games on both my Switch and Steam Deck are fantastic. Games like The Witcher 3 and Zelda: Breath of the Wild load significantly faster compared to my old microSD card. The only minor drawback might be the price, but considering the performance, reliability, and massive 512GB storage, it's actually great value for what you get. Samsung's reputation for reliability in storage solutions really shows here.
