Everyone needs to buy this if you have trouble sleeping. I used to wake up so many times a night and was always so tired in the morning. Have been drinking this for 1.5 years every night and I sleep through the night without waking up. I can tell I sleep 10x worse when I stop drinking it for a few days. I have put my whole family onto it and now they all take it every night too. I just mix it in a splash of water and drink it because I don’t like drinking a whole 8oz of it before bed. Literally just pour it into the water, mix it around and it mixes perfectly without chunks. Raspberry lemonade is my favorite I have it on subscription to be delivered every 3 weeks. Cannot recommend enough!!!

I love drinking this in the evening at the end of a long day . Definitely helps to relax me and calms my mood for sure . I just hate it’s pricy but definitely worth it . Flavor isn’t too bad either !

It definitely helps but for me it helped better skipping a day or two because the taste started not to taste the same I guess cause I started mixing it everyday. It tastes great and definitely helps me wind down before sleep so I highly recommend if you’re having trouble relaxing before bed.

First I want to start off by saying this is one of the best tasting powders I’ve ever tried. Most of them always have an odd like chalky aftertaste. This one does not. It dissolves very easy in water and I loved using it with crushed ice took it over the top! I do think my sleep quality was better after drinking this twice a day for about 2 weeks. I did drink this along with taking saffron to try to help with my overall mood and I believe it did help me. There are a lot of claims that this product helps you to lose weight as well. While I did not lose weight I did see a difference in my bloated looking stomach. Overall this is a quality drink that I would order again I just wish it didn’t cost so much. I guess if you’re not drinking the way the directions say it will last you a while but drinking two a day it runs out really quick for the price of it.

I love this drink! The best. I been drinking this for a month and i have gotten the best sleep, works amazing, you can drink this at anytime of day. And it taste great .A must try!

The sleep quality is very good. The powder dissolves really good no clumps. The powder has a very good flavor. It relaxes your whole body and sleep comes naturally. the texture of powder is not grainy but a fine powder.

It advertises that it has the same ingredients as nectar calm but there is a noticeable difference in the effect when taking it. The flavor is not the best and it doesn't seem to be working as well as the nectar calm that it duplicates. It also costs substantially more per usage and only comes 20 to a pack which is not even enough for one month.
