i love this thing !!! it’s so easy to use & medium was perfect for my medium-sized mutt. the bristles are soft & very good at cleaning. my dog hates having anyone touch his paws but has no problem using this. we love it for our house, when he comes inside with dirt or grass in his paws. it’s also great for on the go, very easy to travel with, & we love using it before he gets into the car. i’ve recommended it to many people & let others use it at the dog park sometimes (we give it a wash in between uses tho). so easy to wash it out. the inside comes apart for easy cleaning. the pink is also cute & helps it stand out in my messy trunk !!!

I bought this because our dog loves going to the dog park. It takes forever to clean her paws with rags because of this, and I wanted a quicker option that didn't require me washing cloths every week. I don't clean her paws with this normally, since it does take a while. This is only when we go to the park and her paws get dirtier than normal, especially on muddy days. On everyday walks, her paws simply gets a cursory wipe down. Some info: our dog is a tall beagle, with 2-3 inch paws. I bought a medium, in pink. She was scared of this initially, but after treating her generously and putting her paws in slowly, our puppy eventually tolerated me shoving her paws quickly into this sea urchin like device and subject herself to a bristly cleaning. It does get her paws soaking wet, so I kind of squeeze her paws after dunking them into the water to get some of the excess out. Obviously, this wasn't made to be used indoors because it will drip everywhere, even when you're careful. Removing the silicone sheet is easy, and it's easy to take apart, since it unfolds to a flat sheet. HOWEVER, it's kind of annoying to put back together, since the three notches that put the sheet into a circle can fall apart once you try to shove it back into the clear container. It's also difficult to squish the circle sheet back into the container, even when the container is dry, since it can easily get bunched up or the notches will fall apart. Not sure if there's a better way to design this, but I wish the notches were easier to click together somehow, and didn't fall apart as easily. Otherwise, the MudBuster works as intended. We assemble it, fill it up with water from the park bathroom or a water bottle and clean her paws and dry them with a cloth. I dump the dirty water out, rinse the silicone sheet and the cup, and set it to dry somewhere (out in the sun in our car trunk, usually) until it's ready to be used again. It's fairly simple to use and it's saved time and our rags.

Listen. Our floors have basically been a layer of dried dirt since November. Trying to wipe down my dog's paws after sprinting at the speed of light through our mudpit yard clearly wasn't doing the trick, and trying to use a big bowl/large cup of water + a towel to clean her paws just took too long and was very messy. So, in short, I love this thing. Loooove. But I have a few tips: 1. Introduce your dog to it before using it!!! (Unless your dog just doesn't care at all about having their paws messed with.) The last thing you want is your dog being afraid of this little thing and having them pull away and fight you while using it. It'll probably be a completely new sensation for them, and I for one don't like forcing my dog to do things and give her negative associations with that thing. So anyway: a. First I rewarded her first for sniffing it, bumping it with her nose, just interacting with it. b. Then I rewarded her for voluntarily lifting her paw(s) to touch it. (Shake command. See video. You can see she's less thrilled about her left paw, which is also the paw she is not used to us messing with. She's fine with it now.) c. After she was comfortable with that, I would stick her paw into it (no water yet) and hold it there, while rewarding her. As I reward each new part, I stop rewarding the previous step (like the paw-touching.) d. Next, I rewarded heavily when I move it up and down and around on her paws (super new sensation!), e. And then finally I repeat that with water and/or soap. (Only reward while using it! Not after taking their paws out!) Now she'll come inside and let me do it without rewarding her at all. She doesn't enjoy it per se, but she is not afraid of it or stressed about it. The introduction process initially took about 30 minutes, and then after the intro I only rewarded her while using the product on her paws the first like, 10 times I used it. 2. Water alone works fine. I've only used a drop of her dog shampoo soap if she's insanely dirty. 3. Next tip, only fill it 2/3-3/4 way up. This way you can do vigorous up/down/twisty movements with no spilling. 3. Do this over a mat or towel, or have a hand towel ready immediately after taking each paw out of the water. Otherwise you'll still have to clean up the floor. (Microfiber towels dry the paws pretty quickly.) 5. Sizing: I went for the Medium and it works perfectly. My dog is technically a “Large” dog at 57lbs, but she has a narrower build and her paws are not very big. I wanted the rubber parts to be able to get in and around her paw pads as well as being able to go up her legs a bit and the Medium is perfect. Last thing: the water gets so muddy that while wiping the paws dry, you might think the thing didn't clean them! But I assure you it's just the muddy water - we have clean paws over here and no more dried mud on the floors. Clean-up of the product is very easy, I pretty much just rinse between uses and then clean it at the end of the day and lay it to dry. However, it IS dishwasher safe!! Anyway, everyone in my house is on board using it, and we like it a lot. It is so much quicker and way more effective than trying to do anything else.

If you have a dog that loves mud as much as mine does, this thing is a lifesaver. We use it by the door anytime it rains, and it’s dramatically reduced the amount of dirt and mud getting tracked through the house. It’s easy to use, easy to rinse out, and has become part of our routine after outdoor playtime. One of those products I wish I’d bought sooner. I have a 45lb mutt who is about the height of a beagle, and this medium size is perfect for her. I got the black large originally and it was way too big almost for like German shepherds and Great Dane sized paws. I still kept it as a back up for my boyfriend‘s house and it gets the job done but getting the correct size will work so much better.

Pros: - Works as okay - Priced on sale Cons: - It's wet and messy - My dogs don't like it and hard to get them to use it. Was hoping to use it at the back door. It cleans their feet off okay, but the water tends to splash out and makes a mess just the same. It's still easier to carry them up to the tub. Might be better for in the car use, but if they've been in a muddy field the feet are probably the least muddy part of their bodies.

this works great for my mini golden doodle! I was worried about putting his feet in this contraption but he didn't mind it! and just a few simple turns with the bath water helps get debris and dirt out of his curly hair! ( we do keep it pretty short )

FAST AND EASY CLEANING FOR PAWS! Better and cheaper than paw wipes!! This paw cleaner is effective, easy, and a quick paw cleaner for your dog. So easy that a kid could use it. Just make sure to measure your dogs paw and get the appropriate size that fits your dogs paws so that it can effectively scrub and contact the paws. This cleaner is WAY easier and better to clean paws than paw wipes! Wipes require more work, having to wipe all the crevices and folds of a dogs paw. You also need more than 1 wipe to really clean a paw if it is really dirty/muddy, which makes this paw cleaner more cost effective. All you need is water and dog shampoo or soap (optional) with this cleaner which makes this cheaper in the long run. HOW IT WORKS: The scrubber is detachable from the cup for easy cleaning and drying! To use it- place the scrubber inside the cup and twist the top to secure it from moving. Then add water and doggy shampoo or soap. Don’t fill the cup with water too high, it’ll be easier to use for the dog and for water to not spill everywhere. The shampoo/soap is optional but highly recommended to really keep the paws clean. Once you add those into the paw cleaner, you can insert your dogs paw into the cleaner and scrub back and forth until it is clean. TA-DA! Your dogs paws will be 10x cleaner. This cleaner can remove mud and pretty much any dirt! This product cleans AMAZINGLY but the results really depend on your dog. It may not work with dogs that are easily scared of things especially like putting their paw in something or if they are unable to stay still. If your dog is not scared of foreign objects then this product is for you - I highly recommend this for cheaper, faster, and more effective cleaning!

I 100% recommend this! I use this when my dog's paws become dirty from walking around the city. That grey-black dust is so difficult to get off without a proper wash. Paw wipes just don't cut it on that type of dirt. Using this, I add a bit of her shampoo to the water, twist it around, and her paws return to their natural pink colour.
