Discontinuing. My initial reaction to this was 1 star because of immediate, uncomfortable side effects. I wanted to give it a fair shot since I had just switched from Optify (which I took for 3 months) to this Wholesome brand powder to replenish my folate and get more Vitamin D. Looking back, I realized I was actually getting mild daily headaches even while on Optify. However, when I switched to this Wholesome powder, the physical discomfort got much worse. Within the last month, I developed a constant pins-and-needles sensation in my feet. The exact moment I stopped taking this powder, both the foot issues and the daily headaches completely vanished. It turns out my body simply cannot handle this specific ingredient blend. On top of that, it has done nothing in regard to help regulate my cycle. I had been experiencing standard cramps before the switch, but starting this powder seemed to, "shock my system". I got a sudden period on day 14 and the day-one cramping was incredibly intense and overwhelming, making even a basic car ride miserable. My cycle completely stopped after that and hasn't returned since. My final complaint is the poor packaging instructions. It says a "heaping scoop", but you have no idea if that means a mound or leveled off unless you use a digital scale. Accidental incorrect dosing is highly likely with a setup like this. Always listen to your body. I am discontinuing this entirely.

Found that I am more consistent with the pills. But I’m ovulating!!!

This container was far smaller, like tiny, compared the other ones I purchase at similar price.
