Excellent cocoa powder. As a professional chef, I’ve worked with top brands like Callebaut and Cacao Barry, and this one doesn’t fall short at all. It delivers great flavor, a deep rich color, and excellent performance in recipes. Outstanding cost-benefit. Highly recommended.

OMG the best cocoa ever! who knew?
Amazing product! I ordered after being disappointed by a national brand. Instead of being pleased I was overjoyed by the rich flavor and deep dark color. I immediately made a batch of hot cocoa upon its arrival as a test. It was like drinking a cup of fudge! I will definitely purchase again, and this company has gained a new loyal customer. Buy this cocoa, you won’t be sorry!

Outstanding cocoa powder, great value for price.
This cocoa powder is outstanding. It's incredibly smooth; full-flavored but not overpowering despite the intense black color. I added some to my morning coffee and I think this will quickly become a habit :) No negatives. Fat content on a per-gram basis is slightly lower than some others (if my calculations are right) but it tastes great. I haven't baked with it yet but if I notice any issues I'll update this review. As a "chocoholic" (and with a relative who's a pastry chef), I've tried the high-end brands and this one is right up there. Excellent value. I'll definitely buy again!

Incredible quality. The flavor provided an immense yet smooth chocolate flavor (think Oreo) and a dramatic appearance.

Flavor is wonderful
The cocoa powder arrived in good condition except for small indentations on the four corners. Nothing to get upset about. Best Buy date is 10 months in the future, not near as much as my previous order of it. Not sure how freezing the cocoa might affect its texture or quality, but I think it will likely be fine regardless of when I use it. This is my favorite black cocoa and I wholeheartedly recommend it for baking.

In love with this product. Perfect for drip effect on the edges of cakes or to frost cookies. Produced a rich black color that impressed everyone. Love love love this product. Must have for every baker that does professional decorating or even non professional decorating. If you want true black frosting or icing. This is the way to go
