A well-designed and impressive little device
When I finally became tired of waiting for my MacBook Air to finish charging I knew it was time to replace my current Apple standard charger with a newer fast charger. I felt there were several features that it had to have. It had to be small, durable and light weight. It had to use GaN+ technology. It had to have fast charging. It had to have at least USB C ports so I could charge my laptop and iPhone at the same time. It had to be above 65W. It had to be compatible with Apple products. After doing some research on the 100W chargers from different companies I decided to purchase the one from Aohi because it did everything on my list plus had some exclusive features DESIGN When I unboxed the charger I was surprised to see that it was smaller than I thought it would be. It looks and feels solidly built. The front of the charger has a black metal open mesh design which helps to dissipate heat. The charger also has a folding plug so you don’t have to worry bending the prongs when you throw it in your backpack. EXCLUSIVE FEATURES The charger has an LED that changes color depending on how it’s charging. It pulses Yellow when it’s fast charging (Power Delivery). Blue indicates standard charging. Green means it’s trickle charging. This status light makes it easy to tell if the device is fully charged from across the room. When it turns Blue you’re good to go. The included USB C cable is braided nylon and is slightly thicker than a standard cable. It has a built in E-Marker chip to regulate voltage during fast charging. It also has a built-in LED display to monitor real-time power and charging. It displays the watts it’s outputting and when it’s charging in PD mode. It’s a nice feature while giving some extra assurance that everything is working as expected. If you need to charge an iPhone you would need a USB to lightning cable or adapter capable of supporting fast charging. You can use the Apple USB to Lightning cable that came with your iPhone since it’s also fast charging compatible. CHARGING SPEEDS Charging speeds are fast. When you are charging two devices it will share the 100W between the two devices. When you are charging two devices the maximum it can support simultaneously is 65W and 30W. It will fast charge a device up to about 85% and then automatically switch to standard charge. Once it charges to 100% it will switch to trickle charge. So you don’t have to worry about it overcharging. The charger itself does get a little bit hotter when you are charging two devices I tested different combinations of my iPhone 13 Pro, iPad Pro 11” and MacBook Air. After a few days of testing the average charging speed is about 1% charge per minute when it’s in fast charging mode. Once the battery reaches 80% and switches to standard charging mode the speed slows down to about 2% per minute PRICING The normal price is $85.99 but if you get it with the Amazon clickable coupon like I did it’s an even better bargain especially with the included LED display cable. This charger will be a great addition to your computer needs and help to streamline what you have to carry when on the go. So far, I am pleased with my purchase.

Unless you need a 140W charger, buy this one for ALL your needs!
I moved away from USB A chargers for charging my devices. I only have 2 though. An iPhone and an M2 iPad Pro. In switching, I wanted a charger which was powerful: I consider 100W to be the golden standard, while having a degree of futureproofing- a feature which is ubiquitous in my decision making and purchases. I'm not going to give you a very detailed and technical review. This charger is excellent. Not only that but it suits my needs perfectly as I am sure it will suit yours as well. If you have a device that uses USB-C charging, buy this charger. Whether the device uses as little as 15W or 25W, get it. What you need to remember is this 100W is not going to damage your device which uses little wattage. USB-C devices negotiate the power rating of your device so you are safe. When you take the charger out of its packaging, the first thing you notice is the heft and it gives an impression of a solid, well built device which is not cheap. I do not have any other USB-C charging brick to compare it to, other than the 20W charger which came with the iPad Pro. The AOHI 100W charger also comes with a 100W rated USB-C cable, which has a LED display on the USB-C connector jacket or folded strain relief. It is at the connector which plugs into the device you're charging. It is counterintuitive to pluck the connector with the LED display, into the charger. I have had my charger since the 22nd of December, 2022. From then till now, I have had no problems with it or the cable with the LED wattage indicator. Some people indicated in their reviews that after a mere couple of days, the LED indicator stopped working, or the frame of the LED broke off,f or the cable stoped working. I experienced none of these issues. Seven weeks after, it's going strong and working superbly. Special Note: this cable does not seem to pass data. My M2 iPad Pro does not show in Finder, Photos or any other app. It's just a charging cable. If you have a laptop that has a USB-C cable you can definitely get rid of whatever brick you had and replace it with this. And even if you just have phones or tablets now, you can future proof a bit by buying this wall charger. If you treat it well, it will last and you can use it for future devices you will purchase. The only thing that I would have really enjoyed is if the LED colours which indicate the different states of charging, worked for my iPad Pro. Sure it cycles through yellow, green and blue while my iPhone is connected but when the iPad is charging, from low battery to 100% charge, the charger remains on yellow. However, it adjusts the charging though. As I am writing this, the charging went from 38-35 watts and while the battery is 94% I am seeing 10W with the display on and a steady 6 with the display turned off. The charger does not get warm. The iPad doesn't either. You want a safe, powerful, reliable charger for your electronic device? Do like me and buy the AOHI 100W USB-C charger.

My favorite do it all charger!
I have a few of these magcube chargers and the youth version as well. The differnce is that the magcube has two 140 ports while the youth version has one 140 and one 100 port. The magcube is an upgraded version from the youth version. It has a dual core circuit vs a single one, larger master pi chip x 4 vs 1, and can charge 140 watts longer than 30 mins constantly. I had one of the youth chargers that kept giving me problems with random reconnections during charing. It would just restart the cycle. I got with the manufacturer and provided some videos to help them look at their latest batch for issues. I was issued a replacement at no cost and the new charger does not restart. I would definitely recommend picking the magcube over the youth version if you want an overall better charger. I tested both on my phones + laptops and I have to say I was a bit surprised that the magcube actually charged faster. This is definitely my favorite do it all charger! The build quality is great as well and has those color changing indicators that are handy with good brightness. I use high quality 240 watt usb c cables from ugreen and iniu. They work fantastic with this charger.

Powerful and well priced charging brick
AOHI Magcube 140W GaN+ meets my expectations. I was looking for an all-around charger that could supports PD3.1 capable of 28V-140W for my PINECIL V2 – Smart Mini Soldering Iron along with having a powerful charger for all my other gadgets. The quality of this product is good and feels well built. The only thing I noticed was the weight of this charger. The weight may have something to do with this charger supporting PD3.1 and needing a heat sink that can distribute the heat created by the amount of power it can provide. When working of my laptop and charging it at 64W for about 2 hours. The charging brick was warm to the touch. I used a laser thermometer and noticed the hottest part was only 117 degree Fahrenheit. This is comparable to other chargers I have that provide the same amount of power to my laptop including the charge HP sent with the laptop. It also has a LED light on the top of the charger letting you know if your devices is being Fast Charging – (Yellow amber light) or Standard Charging – (Blue solid light) or Trickle Charging – (green amber light). All in all, I would say this product meets and exceeds my expectations along with having a reasonable price tag. I would Recommend this product to others looking for a Powerful USB-C charging block that has plenty of power for all your Tech & Gadgets.

Functions perfectly, sturdy.
I've had this for about a year now, and it's still going strong. It works exactly as described, and can output up to 140w total, and all three ports can be used at once, up to 140. I've taken it across the country by train, twice, packed roughly in a laptop bag, and it still works great. It gets warm at max 140w draw, but not hot. It's hefty and feels very solid, charges my Tuf gaming laptop with Power Delivery, fast charges my phone, and runs a good sized USBc powered fan, every day. I've had good luck with Aohi products, they're usually pretty tough.

ok if you need a single power vice, but recommend the dual power path version
The AOHI Magcube 140W is a solid multi-port GaN charger—compact, efficient, and capable of powering laptops, tablets, and phones without issue. The PD3.1 support is great for high-wattage devices, and the build quality feels premium. That said, it’s not quite as good as AOHI’s 140W dual-power-path version. With three ports sharing power, you don’t always get the same consistent output if multiple high-draw devices are plugged in. Still, if you want a reliable 3-port charger for travel or desk use, this one does the job well. Just know the dual-path model may be the better pick if you need maximum power distribution.

Great Charger
This is my go to charger! The built in charge indicator light is great Green, Blue and yellow. You know at a glance how much wattage is going out of unit. Yellow high rate 41Watts, Green 1 watt. ( IPhone 17 pro max ). Nice storage box. Love the yellow color really shows up. Bit pricey but worth it. Highly recommend it.

just what I needed
really a neat piece. I added this to my desk to power a couple of laptops. I've got a KVM switch, 2 USBC docks along with a macbook and a desktop. anyhow, this made it easy to get both of the USBC docks powered up. as long as it's charging just one laptop, it's fine. I was just blown away at how heavy this little beast is to quote LTT "it's surprisingly chonky" ...yes, I went there. the added bonus that I wasn't aware of is the cord that's included has a power meter built into it. so far, it's working well. doesn't seem to get hot over the long term and is powering both laptops just fine.
